Richard and Serina are a husband and wife team. They are experienced counsellors in marital, parent-child and other people-to-people related problems. They were also instrumental in co-founding the Family Life Education Centres (FLEC) in Greenwood and Evergreen Primary School.

Mrs. Katherine Chua, Programme Manager
Graduated with Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences (Social Work) from NUS, Katherine was formerly a Medical Social Worker in a hospice/hospital and a Family Service Centre (FSC) Social Worker for seven years.

While a Social Worker for a new FSC, Katherine has a wealth of experiences, as she was involved directly in setting up the FSC. Her scope of work include Volunteer Recruitment & Development, Management of Youth Club, counselling in family violence, mental health, family relationships, suicide prevention, juvenile delinquents etc.
